Group Visits
You are part of an association, a group of friends, a school or a tourism professional and are looking for a fun and flavorful outing?
Our team will be delighted to welcome your group and unveil the secrets and legends of the pretzel in the largest space dedicated to pretzels in Alsace, located right in the heart of the BOEHLI factory!
At La Fabrique à Bretzels, your group will discover everything there is to know about pretzels: their origins and legends, the story of Mr. Boehli and behind-the-scenes production insights and our pretzel tunnel offering an exclusive view over the entire Boehli factory production lines. Your visit concludes with an all-you-can-eat tasting session at the friendly Bretzel'Bar, followed by some time to enjoy our shop. And to finish on a high note, each participant will receive a little surprise before leaving!
Groups typically spend 1.5 to 2 hours on site: the visit itself lasts on average 45 minutes to 1 hour, plus time for tasting and shopping.
School Groups
We offer two types of visit tailored to school groups, extracurricular groups and pupils. Your group is welcomed by our team at the start of the visit. After the tour, the group enjoys a tasting of our pretzels, and each child receives a small gift.
1. Mini-Pretzel Package
Designed for younger children. This package allows you to adapt the tour to your group with the help of our educational guide (provided upon reservation).
Optional: you may choose an activity to carry out with your group at the end of the visit.
2. Medium-Pretzel Package
Designed for middle school, high school and older students. This package includes a guided tour in French, followed by a tasting at the Bretzel’Bar.
Highlight: the visit ends with a dedicated exchange session with a Boehli employee (“Meet a Professional” — HR, Sales, etc., depending on class level and staff availability).
Please note: guided tours are not available during school holidays for Zone B (Strasbourg Academy).
Group Offers
We offer two visit options for groups of 20 people or more:
1. Self-Guided Tours
Our team will welcome you and accompagny you in the first room of the museum to introduce the visit. Your group will then explore the remaining rooms at its own pace before heading to the Bretzel'Bar to enjoy our pretzels and have a drink.
2. Guided Tours (only in French)
Our team will welcome you and guide you throughout the museum. Your guide will explain each space in detail — fun anecdotes, technical insights… after this tour, pretzels will hold no secrets for you! The group will then join the Bretzel'Bar for a tasting with a drink.
Note: Guided tours are not available during school holidays in Zone B (Strasbourg academy).
