Step into "La Fabrique à Bretzels", a one-of-a-kind visitor experience celebrating the Alsatian art of pretzel-making. Located in Gundershoffen, just 40 minutes from Strasbourg, this immersive journey invites you to discover the story of Boehli, a family-run company keeping tradition alive since 1935.
As you follow an interactive 500 m² trail, become part of the experience through fun and engaging activities that guide you every step of the way. Solve the mysteries of the pretzel through a fun investigation inspired by escape games, then try your hand at baking with our dough-mixing machine. The visit continues with a observation area overlooking the production workshops, where you can watch Boehli pretzels being made, from dough preparation right through to packaging. End your visit on a delicious note with a tasting at the Bretzel’Bar, and don’t miss the Shop’in Bretzel boutique featuring local products. The factory is shut down over the weekend. You will see the entire production process through video, and you will have an unobstructed view of our dormant machinery.

"Accueil Vélo" is a national certification guaranteeing quality facilities and services for cyclists along the French bike routes.
We are located less than 5 km from both the Sauer Valley Cycle Route and the Moder Valley Trail, making it easy to rejoin your itinerary after a pleasant stop at La Fabrique à BRETZELS.
The cross-border "Beer & Brewing Culture" cycling route (ESPACE PAMINA) also passes through Gundershoffen — and includes La Fabrique à BRETZELS as one of its points of interest!
