The visit includes: access to our museum (self-guided tour), participation in our quiz, a tasting of our products in the friendly Bretzel’Bar, and a little surprise before you leave!
Guests usually spend about 1 to 1.5 hours on site.
Covid Measures
Since March 14, 2022, access to museums is no longer subject to the presentation of a vaccination pass. Visitors are also no longer required to wear a mask!
However, to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, we continue to apply certain measures:
- Controlled number of visitors at a time - booking recommended
- One tasting kit per group or household
- Hand sanitizers available at various points throughout the visit
- Enhanced cleaning and disinfection of facilities and equipment

The factory is shut down over the weekend. You will see the entire production process through video, and you will have an unobstructed view of our dormant machinery.

La Fabrique à Bretzels has always been committed to welcoming all visitors with care and was awarded the “Accueil Vélo” label in 2021.
"Accueil Vélo" is a national certification guaranteeing quality facilities and services for cyclists along the French bike routes.
We are located less than 5 km from both the Sauer Valley Cycle Route and the Moder Valley Trail, making it easy to rejoin your itinerary after a pleasant stop at La Fabrique à BRETZELS.
The cross-border "Beer & Brewing Culture" cycling route (ESPACE PAMINA) also passes through Gundershoffen — and includes La Fabrique à BRETZELS as one of its points of interest!

The Gundershoffen railway station is just 500 meters away, about a 7-minute walk from our site.
Take the Strasbourg – Niederbronn-les-Bains line, served several times a day:

- From Haguenau: around 15 trains per day (approx. 15 minutes)
