From 12 June and throughout the summer, La Fabrique à Bretzels is hosting the exhibition “Of Paper, Flowers and Alsace with Les Cartes de Lulu”.

 

Step into the poetic and environmentally conscious world of Lucie Burckel, founder of Les Cartes de Lulu. Inspired by Alsace and the natural world, her creations are made from seeded paper, giving words a second life: once planted, they bloom into flowers. Through this original and responsible concept, Lucie Burckel combines creativity, sustainability and a deep attachment to Alsatian heritage.

She first came to the attention of a wider audience through her appearance on the television programme “Qui veut être mon associé?”. Today, she collaborates with several illustrators, each bringing their own distinctive artistic style to the project. Together, they celebrate Alsace, its heritage, landscapes and way of life through a sensitive and contemporary perspective.

Presented in the Pretzel’Bar, the final stop on the visit through our museum, the exhibition showcases the original illustrations that give Les Cartes de Lulu their unique character and charm.
