Providing our visitors with a warm welcome is one of our top priorities. We are committed to offering a high-quality visitor experience, in our shop and our museum.

As part of this quality-driven approach, we obtained two official brands: Qualité Tourisme and Accueil Vélo.

The "Qualité Tourisme" Brand:

 

"Qualité Tourisme" is the only state-recognized brand awarded to tourism professionals for the quality of their hospitality and services.
With the aim of highlighting the excellence of our visitor welcoming and customer experience, we chose to join this brand.

We were awarded the "Qualité Tourisme" brand in 2022 after an audit —an achievement that reflects the dedication and professionalism of our team. It is a real source of pride for us all.

The "Accueil Vélo" Brand: 

 

"Accueil Vélo" is a national brand guaranteeing high-quality services and facilities for cyclists along the French bike routes.
Located near two priority cycle routes, La Fabrique à Bretzels naturally sought to join the "Accueil Vélo" network in 2021. We are committed to offering all passing cyclists a pleasant and convenient stop.

We provide various amenities, including bicycle parking, a repair kit, a water point, and local cycling maps."
