WELCOME to La Fabrique à BRETZELS !
La Fabrique à Bretzels is the very first visitor center in Alsace entirely dedicated to the famous Pretzel (known in Alsace as “Bretzel”)! It was born from Boehli’s desire to open up its production to the public, with complete transparency. Since 1935, Boehli has been the specialist in Alsatian pretzels and savory snacks. Our products are an integral part of aperitifs and social moments around the world! Since 2017, you can discover the entire history of pretzels, as well as the behind-the-scenes of their production, through our 500 m² visitor area.

The factory is shut down over the weekend. You will see the entire production process through video, and you will have an unobstructed view of our dormant machinery.
